Pancakes, the perfect breakfast. Delicious, flavorful, eye catching, mouth watering, tear jerk-er, stomach filler, taste bud explosion pancakes… Just stare at that picture for awhile, enjoy it. Mmmm…These are once again Gluten-Free and oh so yummy!

I don’t have the ability to tell you the exact recipe, because I wasn’t writing down the exact measurements of everything I was throwing together (of course). But I will tell you what’s in them.

In the pancakes:

Lemon zest

1 whole vanilla bean

Almond milk

Cinnamon

On top of the pancakes:

Bananas

Fruit (Made into a syrup)

Toasted walnuts tossed in a little honey and cinnamon

Sprinkle of cinnamon over the top
