Yoga, green drink, and tea time? Perfect.

I’ve been working from home this week, which has been nice. So, my mom and I have been going to yoga every day in the mornings. Yesterday was hard, I woke up this morning and was irritated, slightly emotional, frustrated and extremely sore. I didn’t feel like walking almost a mile to go to yoga (we don’t have a car) but thankfully my mom dragged me out of the house. Even tho I snapped at her she still took me. I’m glad she did too. Side note to people who know me, if i’m ever in a bad mood take me outside even if I complain about not wanting to, do it anyway I will be fine in 5 min. That’s all I need and I’ll be a happy person for the rest of the day. Seriously. Or hit me on the back of the head with a bucket. That almost always works.

After yoga this morning I felt great, a little shaky from working my muscles but over all I felt better than I felt yesterday or when I woke up this morning. We then walked the mile back home. Which was fine, I felt good.

I’m home now, doing some work drinking a green drink, and sipping tea. Every morning and night I make a green drink that consists of – half an apple, lemon slice, hand full of parsley, spinach, celery, chunk of ginger, dandelion greens, kale, chia seeds, spirulina, and hemp seeds. It’s yummy. I drink it in the morning and I drink it at night.

However the main reason for this post was, my shirt matched my tea cup. I thought it was exciting so I wanted to post a picture of it. I love tea. Drink it every day all day. Always with a British accent and a crumpet. That’s the only way to do it.

Picture time!

After trying to take a picture of pouring the tea, I missed and poured it all over the table. Of course.
